Get your own carpet/padding. Save booth money by sharing the booth with another company. Try to ship less materials/giveaways by bringing it with you and carrying it to show site...saves on material handling fees. Use a 3rd party contractor to do the logistics of the show for you, most will save at least 10% or more on shipping, services, equipment, etc..

Wow, I never realized we were wasting so much money waiting for the last moment to fill out those boring forms. I was thinking it was more of a bonus to getting Freeman's show orders faxed in early.

Hello Robert, thanks for joining.

There are many creative ways of saving money exhibiting and still get a great return on your investment.
If I were narrow it down to just one thing then I would say "make sure you meet all deadlines". Be sure to meet all of the early order discounts on the show sheets in the exhibitor service manuals. Don't forget to look at all of the deadlines not just the main one posted, they hide them sometimes, many times lead recorders have an earlier date than the rest.

If you don't meet the early order deadlines you will be paying about 30% more for your show services and that is a substantial amount of money.
