What’s The Best Trade Show For Pet Related Products?

March 14th, 2008 by Bruce --> · 3 Comments

Hi Trade Show Help,

We’re thinking of exhibiting at a local Chicago area trade show for our pet supply company and we were wondering if you had any recommendations?

It will be our first show so we want to make sure we get the most attendees stopping by our booth.

Our website is AnimalsNeedHelp.com and we can use all the extra exposure we can get.

Do you know a good pet related trade show in Illinois or can you tell me a place to look to find tradeshows that are available online?

Thanks,

Stacy

    Hi Stacy

    Have you tried to contact the major pharmaceutical companies? I know for a fact that pfizer has a products for cats and dogs. They hired me as a promotional entertainer for a business expo/grand opening of a new animal hospital.

    Ask to talk to a sales rep and maybe they can give you the skinny on what events they exhibit in.

    Good Luck

    Stacy, I noticed that Petco is putting on a Pets Chicago Show you may want to check out at Arlington Park Racecourse.
    Here’s a link to the show: http://www.petchicago.com/
    The pet show is March 14-16 so you may need to hurry if you want to become an exhibitor.

    You can also try the trade show directory at TSNN.com They have most of the major trade shows and conventions listed. Let us know how it goes for you.
