    I have had pretty good success in getting those kind of graphics cleaned by using a hand wand from a steam cleaner with not too hot of water and OxiClean. Use a towel behind the graphic to absorb the dirty water. As always, test this kind of stuff on something else before risking your expensive graphic.

    You can actually machine wash your skin with cold water, on the gentle cycle. Place a little Woolite on the spots to remove them. Do Not use any other stain remover or detergent for it is to harsh.
