Hi Carol,
I would love to offer up some advice, but I have many other questions,
before I can give you any valid suggestions. I simply do not want give you any generic information that might be useless for you.

To start with, first think about:

What's your current objective of going to smaller shows?

Carol,

Have you been successful in the past with the larger exhibit spaces?

I would take the elements out of the larger spaces that has created the most "wow factor" and continue to work with those elements.

Can the pieces of your current exhibit be used? Were they modular and expandable? Are you able to dismantle your current exhibit structure into several smaller exhibit units? If so, I would speak with your current exhibit house and find out if you can take the elements and adjust them to smaller spaces.

Once you find that out, you can than test the exhibit elements at the different trade shows you are considering.

If you need further information on what we have seen that best works in smaller spaces, we would be more than happy to answer that.

Thanks

Dear Carol:
In terms of what? Usually, depending on product or service, obviously the key is getting the message out - clean, simple graphics, demo station, and free and open space to enter and exit. Is it in-line style, island, etc? Clear direct messaging, knowledgeable booth staff, collateral, demo station - I am sure you know all of this, and I hope it helps. Also, preshow mailed invites to existing customers and attendees to enter a drawing of some type usually generates significant traffic.
Sincerely,
Timothy Noonan
