Hello Mrs. Manos

What exactly do you mean by better booth space?

Bigger? Smaller? Cheaper? More Expensive? Better Location?

Find out exactly what you’re paying for. Often, an exhibit space may just be a 6′ table, pipe and drape, with a draped table and a couple of chairs.

It should be a space that can accommodate, a freestanding booth that you buy or rent. Find out if electricity and telecommunications are included and if you need them in your exhibit. Ask how many staff members are allowed in your booth space (depending on booth size).

If you have been to the show before, you should be able to get premium choice in location. If you are newer to the show and get a space in back, it can still be workable as entertainment or a great promo item that can be seen by other attendees wearing it or carrying it around the show floor. However make sure to have the attendees work for the item via a survey or short questionnaire.
