One of the best ways to figure out which trade shows to exhibit is by asking your customers.

Ask them which conventions they attend. Gather the results and see which trade shows come up the most amount of times.

The more common ones are the best ones for your company to exhibit at.

I truly believe in really knowing your audience first and then figuring out which trade shows that audience is going to be out. To get a better idea of your audience you may need to ask them what first attracts them to your booth.

Sometimes too these trade shows can have thousands and thousands of people attending and they make their impressions on a booth in just seconds. Your product may be the most amazing thing at the show, but how will they know if they don’t visit the booth.

A couple of fixes are one getting a better location on the floor and having an attractive display. I’ve used Trade Show Emporium before because they offer green products and were the only one I found that offers green trade show displays. They also recycle trade show displays too, so if you do get a new one look to recycle it.
