    Excellent explanation of the benefits of a great trade show presenter! It’s amazing the impact this can have on a company’s ROI. I agree that not all trade show presenters are suited for every show, and it’s so important for companies to realize this. The balloon animal idea is a unique one, and I’ll admit it would certainly grab my attention.

    Thanks for you piece on the importance of using a live trade show presenter. I must admit, though, that the caliber of the presenters I’ve seen is a pretty mixed bag. There are some who seem to think it’s all about their entertainment value. How funny they are. How impressive their skill set.

    I am MUCH more impressed when I see a presentation that marries these skills and performing abilities with a strong message. I want some real content. Not a data dump of speeds and feeds, but a story that is compelling and teaches me something I might not have known about this company.

    Whether that’s done with comedy, juggling, fire-eating, balloons or even Powerpoint is immaterial. What matters is the strength and clarity of the message.

    What about Hair Shows? How do you get presenters/stylist that is the best in the industry.

    That is a great way to get potential customers to notice your business! As long as it doesn’t come across as too gimmicky, utilizing methods like pop up banners and the like can be a great attention-grabber.
